Loved One: Someone you love or care about is in a toxic and abusive relationship. You want to help them get out, but you're unsure how. You're so selfless; they're lucky to have you in their corner!

Community: You're part of an institutional community that recognizes that your community members (i.e., staff, students, and leaders) can significantly benefit from improving the dynamic of relationships (i.e., at work). Well, I am so glad you've come here!

Here's the reality: we all deserve and need healthy and supportive relationships. We will achieve that when we invest in them.

Not investing in building healthier relationships with ourselves and within our communities has damaging long-term effects, including abuse and destructive relationships. But great news, we are changing that now!

Relationships do not have to be so difficult. Together, we will Stop the Cycle of trauma and friction in relationships.
